organize a Filling System for Important and Confidential Company Documents.

answer Quires By Employees and Clients.

arrange Travel and Accommodation.

plan Meetings and Take Details .

maintain Contact Lists.

act as the Point or Contact for Internal and External Clients.

requirements and Qualification:

knowledge of Office Management Systems and Procedure.

working Knowledge of Office Equipment, like Printers and Fax Machine.
