Key Roles/Responsibilities
* Handling Travel Desk 24*7 (Railway / Air / Bus / Cab / Accommodation).
• Maintain Stationery & Housekeeping Material Requisition for HO & Warehouse on Monthly Basis.
• Inventory Management
• Maintain Register Like Attendance / Stock / Employee Movement / Visitors.
• Handing Courier Inward / Outward Day to Day.
• Attendance Management for Employees Like Download Monthly Attendance Report talk to Territory Manager, SCM and other Teams and Prepare final report.
• Employees Roster Management on Weekly Basis.
• Prepare Monthly Tracker like Travel/Attendance/other.
• Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports.
• Maintain Office facilities as needed.
• Manage Monthly Birthday/Farewell Celebrations.
• Manage Office Housekeeping, Taking care of proper cleaning and hygiene at HO
• Housekeeping person supervision / Prepare attendance register and leave management.
• Handling outside work like, Cheque singing/ Material purchase / etc.
