Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our beauty salon. The role involves managing appointments, assisting clients, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm client appointments, handle rescheduling and cancellations.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Record Keeping:Maintain and update client records, manage salon inventory, and ensure proper filing of documents.
- Administrative Support:Handle billing, process payments, and assist with payroll and other office tasks.
- Salon Operations: Ensure the salon area is clean and organized, order supplies as needed, and support salon staff with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a salon or service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software.
Skills:

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
