Min 5 years experience in Front Office/ general administration / secretarial work in similar small/ medium sized service oriented cos. assisting the partners/ senior management in efficiently handling office matters
Proficient in written and oral communication, comfortable in English
Proficient in use of computers - MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), internet & mail, social media
Confident and pleasant personality
Responsibilities:
Front Office Management
Documentation / billing and billing and payment updates
Assist in general office administration, housekeeping, travel & hotel arrangements
Assist the Sr Partners/ Managers in any related secretarial work
Regular correspondence with internal & external parties
Collection, collation, maintenance of record and presentation of data such as office expenses with supporting as required
Follow up for and ensure prompt payments for all office premises related expenses including utilities, maintenance of office equipment, infrastructure, AMCs
Facilities management/ hygiene & sanitation
Coordinate for procurement of regular office supplies
Other administration work like drafting, couriers, banking, etc
Salary: Rs to pm
All Saturdays and Sundays off (5 day work week)
