Job Description

1. Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

2. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and order new materials as needed.

3. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the team and management.

4. Maintain and organize calendars, ensuring that all deadlines and events are met in a timely manner.

5. Organize, maintain, and update filing systems for both physical and digital documents.

6. Ensure that documents are properly archived, and records are easily accessible when needed.

7. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

8. Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring that inquiries are addressed promptly.

9. Assist with the planning and execution of offline marketing events, such as trade shows, roadshows, and conferences.

10. Handle logistics for event materials, venues, travel, and accommodations for the team.

11. Track and manage invoices for office supplies, vendor services, and event-related expenses.

12. Assist with the processing of payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

13. Help monitor office-related expenditures, such as utility bills and maintenance costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.

14. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities within the office administration.

15. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as maintaining employee records and organizing recruitment activities.

16. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparation of contracts, orientation, and office setup.
