Job Description

Documentation and Verification:

Follow through the documentation process to ensure all documents meet the trust's policies and standards.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.

Maintain organized records of all documentation.

Budget Monitoring:

Assist in the monitoring of project and departmental budgets.

Track expenditures and ensure they are in line with allocated budgets.

Prepare budget reports and provide insights on budget utilization.

Confidentiality Maintenance:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Ensure that all documentation and information handling comply with the trust's confidentiality policies.

Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Develop and maintain SOPs for various administrative functions.

Update SOPs as needed to reflect current practices and policies.

Research & Documentation:

Conduct research to support administrative projects and initiatives.

Document findings and prepare detailed reports.

Proficiency in Tools:

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

Prepare presentations and documents as required.

Field Visits:

Conduct field visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects.

Gather data and insights from field activities for reporting and analysis.

Report Writing:

Prepare comprehensive reports on project outcomes, budget utilization, and other relevant topics.

Present findings to management and stakeholders as required.

Self-Development:

Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities.

Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
