POSITION OVERVIEW
Enpass Technologies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to play a crucial
role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This multifaceted role involves
overseeing administrative functions, enhancing office efficiency, and contributing to the overall
success of Enpass Technologies. The successful candidate will handle various administrative tasks,
collaborate with different departments, manage vendor relationships, oversee budgetary aspects,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administrative Functions:
Perform routine administrative tasks, including file management, office supply
procurement, and communication handling.
Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
Coordinate and support various departments in administrative tasks.
2. Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors, both domestic and international, to procure goods and
services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and address any issues or concerns.
3. Budget Management:
Assist in the development and management of departmental budgets.
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
4. Government Office Visits:
Conduct visits to government offices to facilitate administrative processes, approvals, and
compliance.
5. Data Utilization:
Leverage relevant data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
6. Contract Assistance:
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with contractual
agreements.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
8. Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues promptly, ensuring a high level of efficiency.
