Job Responsibilities

- Maintaining email communication related filing

- Maintaining stationery records and purchase

- Maintaining all AMC of office related equipment like computers, Photocopy machine, AC,CCTV, etc.

- Monitoring smooth functioning of CCTV through contractor and taking periodic back ups

- Should have detailed knowledge of Word, Power point and excel.

- Transportation, ticket booking, hotel booking with help by travel consultant

- Good Communication in English ,Hindi
