Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Male Candidate Admin Cum Office Executive to join our team in Panchkula, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in office administration, demonstrating strong communication and multitasking skills to support our daily operations and ensure a productive working environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative tasks.

Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and information flow.

Interacting with Customers, Suppliers and Transporters

Working Closely with Directors and staff on different types of requirements

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to inquiries or directing them to appropriate personnel.

Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

4-5 years of experience in office administration or similar role.

Should have 2 wheeler license & Own 2 wheeler

Salary - 22,000 to 25,000 Per Month

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and maintenance.
