Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and timelines.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.
Act as the liaison between design, production, and other relevant departments.
Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts.
Coordinate design reviews and approvals.
Ensure design files are organized and accessible to team members.
Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are translated accurately into the final product.
Monitor production timelines and address any issues that may arise.
Quality control to ensure the final product meets design specifications.
Facilitate communication between design, production, and other relevant teams.
Identify and address any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Propose solutions and alternatives when challenges arise.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
