Job brief
We are looking for a HR & Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Administrative Department. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
HR & Admin responsibilities include processing employee data and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with organizational skills.
Responsibilities
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment details and customer details.
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Submit expense reports
• Update internal databases with new hire information.
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
• General office management such as ordering stationary
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits
• Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
Requirements
• Work experience as an HR & Admin.
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
• Only male candidates
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
• High school diploma.
