Position: Admin Coordinator

Department: Administration

Reports To: Office Manager / HR Manager

Position Overview:

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative functions and supporting daily office operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of office activities, effective communication, and efficient management of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities management to ensure a well-maintained work environment.

Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication. Ensure clear and professional communication in English.

Documentation: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports related to office activities, including attendance, inventory, and other relevant metrics.

Support Services: Provide general support to office staff and assist in various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field is required. Acceptable degrees include:

BBA, BCom, BAM, BMS, BA, BSc, MBA, MCom, MAM, MMS, MA, MSc

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.

Skills:

Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
