Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System Management: Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation and optimal performance.

User Support: Provide technical support and training to CRM users, addressing any issues or questions they may have.

Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing data imports, exports, and deduplication processes.

Customization: Customize CRM settings, fields, workflows, and reports to meet the specific needs of the business and its users.

Integration: Oversee CRM integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Reporting: Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide insights on sales performance, customer interactions, and other key metrics.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and changes.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding CRM data.
