1. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
2. Liaising and coordination with DLF authorities
3. Proactively taking up for any repairing and maintenance issues occurred workplace
4. Coordinate for the scheduled meetings and travel arrangements and hotel accommodations as per the request from the members
5. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
6. Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal communications and announcements.
7. Provide support in coordinating and executing company events, workshops and special projects.
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, inventory, and place orders as necessary.
9. Coordinate with vendors for acquisition of Laptop device and device related issues
10. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing orientation materials and facilitating introductions.
11. Undertake other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
12. Collaborate with other team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow as and when required.
13. Assist in the preparation and processing of expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
15. Ensuring proper vendor management includes activities such as selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks and ensuring service delivery.
