Job Description for Reception cum Admin:

1. Take calls and transfer it to the proper department.

2. Courier receiving entries / sending entries in register as well as excel (DTDC)

3. Visiting card order as well as maintain excel

4. Maintain AU Bank card excel

5. UTR entries

6. Travel bookings Tickets / Hotel /Cab.

7. Looking after office boys’ duties

8. Looking after maintenance for AC/ Water purifier

9. Handling stationery requirement

10. Getting cheapest quote for stationery

11. Looking after office area cleanliness.

12. Guest handling arranging food for guests.

13. Help in packing.

14. Requirement of Envelopes and Punch folder from other vendors.

15. Any repair from chair to electricity is to be taken care of.

16. Maintaining travel excel

17. Exit candidate update in excel

18. Handling petty cash

19. Claim excel for Gurpreet sir

20. T- shirt dispatch work

21. Trophies

22. Check courier invoice/ stationery invoice for payment
