Responsibilities

• Understanding the products and services offered by the company.

• Answering queries of old and new customers as per script and company terms.

• Setting up trial classes for customers with teachers as per time convenience.

• Managing teacher schedules and coordinating with customer schedule.

• Coordinating new payments and renewal payments of customers.

• Handling customer complaints and managing expectations of customers.

• Teacher coordination, teacher scheduling, class attendance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma.

• Minimum 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative, or a admin job position in the Sales department.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

• Outstanding ability to follow scripts.

• Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to solve complex problems promptly.

• Ability to deal with different personalities.

• Good time management skills.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
