JD for Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication
Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
Submit and reconcile expenses, maintaining bills & payments records
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Maintain contact lists
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Provide general support to visitors
Assistance in hiring (opening position on different platforms and scheduling interview)
Undertaking Onboarding process of new employees
Executive assistant to the founders
Organize and schedule appointments
Maintain Calendar, Schedule Meetings and Replying to communications on behalf of CEO
Requirements
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint,
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Graduate in any degree
