Language Interpreters is a interpreting and translations agency providing interpretation, transcription and translation services to law firms, social services, businesses, public/private sectors. We also assist private individuals in all the above services for personal and official purposes.
We provide freelance interpreters and translators who speak and translate a broad range of languages and dialects from across the globe. Our interpreters attend bookings in person or remotely via video and telephone bookings.
We are looking for an administration assistant who can assist in all administration duties including invoicing and the booking of interpreters and translators.
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with clients and answering queries about bookings, interpreters or availability and services.
Answering client and interpreter queries.
Answering general enquiries over the telephone.
Contacting interpreters to offer bookings.
Clarify any issues and sending completed invoices out to clients.
Checking the interpreter invoices.
Ensuring that tasks are completed appropriately in a timely manner.
Introducing our services to potential clients over phone and emails.
Helping with general administration work that may be required by the team or by management.
Skills and experience required:
Excellent customer service skills.
Enthusiastic and bubbly in nature
IT literate and use of Outlook, MS Word and Excel.
Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
Confident telephone manners.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach.
