The Role
We are seeking a capable multi-tasker with excellent communication and organisational skills. The role will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne office. The ideal candidate must have a professional, polite and friendly demeanor whilst having high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Taking instructions from our Melbourne office
Respond to clients email and phone calls in a timely and professional manner that aligns with the company values
Handle office tasks such as filing, filling different application forms and agreements
At times may be requested to assist with scheduling work
Data Management, Administrative Support, Social Media and Website assistance
What we are looking for:
Prior administrative or customer service experience is desired, training will be provided
Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite
Good level of interpersonal, written, verbal and telephone communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
12th Pass out can also apply, but a candidate with an IT background will get priority
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
