Requirement
Excellent administrative assistance skills, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and taking minutes
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience in executive administrative assistance, including document preparation and organization, expense reporting, and travel arrangements
Strong clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Tech savvy and understand how applications and software's works
Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.
Liaisoning & Coordinating with vendors for smooth administrative functioning.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Preparation & maintaining a list of vendors for items which are frequently used and search for more to get a competitive prices.
Preparation of purchase orders & approving/checking the invoice with the PO.
Preparing and make sure that any new rule, SOP, procedure etc. is properly documented, updated & communicated to concerned person or team
Making travel arrangements, booking hotels/accommodation, food, for new joinee , inter branch visit of employee, CEO, inter branch transfer of any employee and arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings, food etc. and manage inter branch visit of employee ( accommodation, travel, food etc. as per policy & budget)
