Job Description

Managing front office and attending the phone calls, greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries and create a welcoming environment.

Assisting in Travel / visa / hotel booking / vendor development for PAN India as and when required, Festival celebrations etc.

Active participation in office management, including handling general clerical tasks..

Ensure meeting spaces are properly requisitioned ahead of schedule.

Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed ensure maintenance of office equipment

Handling petty cash, making expense statement , Supervising housekeeping & administrative staff

Assisting the Sales team in other activities, coordinating with Head Quarters for various activities.

Assist in creating marketing material in corporation with HQ
