Position Overview:�We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Acquisitions

Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real

estate acquisitions, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping homeowners navigate

complex situations. This is a commission-only position with substantial earning potential, making

it perfect for someone who is eager to build a rewarding career based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and source potential property acquisitions through various channels, including

direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

 Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market analysis,

property assessments, and financial evaluations.

 Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for both

the homeowner and Caliber Trust.

 Collaborate with our team of real estate professionals to develop acquisition strategies

that align with company goals.

 Maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities, including lead tracking,

communication logs, and transaction documentation.

 Stay informed on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real

estate transactions.

 Provide regular reports to management on acquisition progress and pipeline

development.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in property acquisitions, real estate investing, or a related field.

 Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with

property.
