We have 150+ homes in the best destinations across Maharashtra (Alibaug, Lonavala, Pune,
Karjat, Khandala, Nashik, Igatpuri, Kamshet, Wada) and Goa & are looking to increase our
presence on a national level.
Designation: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Be the SPOC for all Home Owners assigned to your portfolio
• Periodic visits to the homes and homeowners
• Visit all-new homes launched in the sector assigned
• Take responsibility for the sales targets for the homes in your sector
• Ensure villa quality by coordinating with Home Owner for working on Audit findings
• Coordinate with all internal teams for smooth functioning of the villa
• Coordinate with Marcom for marketing and promotions for all villas
• Coordinating with ops and sales teams
• Resolving all Homeowner issues
• Getting references from Homeowners
• Help resolve customer escalations for sales/post-check-out issues
• Responding to online reviews
