Duties/Responsibilities:
· Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
· Filing GST Return, TDS Return, Income Tax Returns and ESI.
· Managing daily operations of the accounting department & finalizing Balance Sheets.
· Monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements like CME and Projection reports as well letters needed in Banking.
· Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and Central regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
· Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
· Ensures compliance with Local, State, and Central government requirements.
· Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
· Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.
