Job Description:
a. Reporting to the Director.
b. Supervising day to day operations and managing the team without hiccups.
c. Design, Implement and improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
d. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
e. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, colleagues and team members.
f. Establish departmental responsibilities, and coordinate functions among departments.
g. Implement corrective action plans to solve departmental problems.
h. Supervise and coach employees/supervisors on a periodical basis.
i. Review reports submitted by staff members in order to recommend approval or to suggest changes.
j. Regular meetings with Seniors about business planning.
k. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
l. Follow the policies of the company so to increase the goodwill of the Company.
3. Desired Candidate Profile:
a. Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role at a comparable level in a company.
b. Excellent administration and Team management skills.
c. Experienced in handling and managing large team.
d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with hands on experience of MS Office.
e. Good at gathering, analysing and interpreting reports.
f. Receptive, Responsive and approachable.
g. Target and Goal oriented.
h. Self-Motivated and open to accept challenges.
Should be open to travel and relocation
• Should be well-versed with Indian Accounts, GST, TDS, Tally, etc.
• Should coordinate with CA firms
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
