Candidate for this job should have detailed knowledge of Tally ERP and will be responsible for maintaining accounts on Tally, generate bank statements, settle costs on balance sheets, manage invoices and help management. Candidate should have strong understanding of Accounting principles, Finance, Taxation and Banking.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting payable operations of the company, maintain daily accounts

• Complying with all company, local, state, and financial regulations

• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit loss statements, etc.

• Resolve client issues, communicate or travel to client locations for client issue resolution

• Managing and supporting CA in statutory compliance of GST payment, GST return filing, GST refund, GST input, TDS deduction and TDS deposit, TDS return preparation and e-filing of income tax returns

• Assisting and supporting internal and external auditors/CA in company/LLP audit and other statutory requirements

• Supporting the Company Secretary in MCA compliances other and functions like address changes/ DIN issues etc

• Inventory management and payroll management on tally software and on MS excel

• Office administration, coordination with HR regarding employees and maintaining employee records

• Coordination with banks for day-to-day banking operation in bank reconciliation

• Invoice creation, submission, communicating with clients for invoice correction/taxation/payment collection

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data

• Knowledge of returns for e- TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax

• Generation of Invoice, Debit/Credit Note in Tally

• Periodical follow-up for Branch related issues with all concerned department staff.

• Process payroll, staff expense claims

Profile Requirements:

• //CA or any other related degree

• Candidate should have at least 5 year experience in a similar profile with a corporate/professional service company
