Job Description

An account executive's responsibilities include:

Identifying potential clients

Developing sales strategies

Presenting offerings to clients

Negotiating deals

Managing ongoing relationships

Acting as a bridge between clients and their company

Ensuring client satisfaction

Addressing any concerns

Meeting with clients and identifying client business goals

Taking note of the client's brief and budget to devise an advertising campaign

Researching the client's industry competitors and noting what they are doing right

Developing plans to attain client goals and meeting required sales quotas

Providing after-sales support to keep meeting the customer's needs and ensure customer satisfaction

Initiating business deals

Helping maintain a strong rapport between the company and the customer
