Job Description

1. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions

2. Prepare balance sheets

3. Process invoices

4. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

5. Update internal systems

6. Prepare monthly, quarterly and Yearly MIS reports

7. Reconcile bank statements

8. Participate in Accounts, Statutory, and Bank audits

9. Track bank deposits and payments

10. Assist with budget preparation

11. Prepare and update SOP for the accounts department

12. Customer Payment follow-up

13. TDS working

14. Daily petty cash handling

15. Hands-on experience with GST
