Responsibilities:

1. Managing Invoices and Billings.

2. Monitoring and Collecting Payments

3. Cash Application

4. Maintaining Customer Relationships

5. Updating leads and measures sheet and calculation of CRR Customer Retention Ratio

6. Preparing Budgets for AMC collection and Variance analysis

7. Preparation of AMC documentation and timely communication to respective clients

8. Co-ordinate meetings with Project and Implementation teams for payment collection and project status

9. Updating daily and weekly collections to respective team leads
