Position: Accounts Executive

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Surat, Gujrat

Job Description:

· To handle all Accounts and Finance related work.

Issuing work orders to contractors and vender and maintaining proper record, filing and documentation.

Issuing sales invoices and maintaining proper record, documentation and filing.

Managing Accounts receivables and follow up with the receivables for payment related to outstanding due invoices.

Payments to vendor after verifying invoice with Purchase order on or before due date of invoice and managing accounts payable.

Prepare MIS reports as per requirement from Management.

Calculation and payment of Payroll every month.

Recording and maintaining all accounts transaction like sales, purchase, bank, expenses, income etc. and preparing financial statement.

Manage Auditing team and preparing repost related to Audit requirement.

Conducting regular meeting with management as and when required.

Any other work allotted on ad hoc basis.
