Responsibilities and Duties
• To coordinate with our overseas client to understand the requirements and based upon these develop processes for getting the tasks of the client done from the team based in India.
• To train the team working under you about the processes and tasks of the client, ensure the delivery of the tasks to the client as per requirement.
• To prepare reports and provide updates to the management & client of all the tasks done on daily basis.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Skills: Should be good in spoken English, should have proactive approach.
• Qualification: - , , MBA
• Location: - Bestech Business Towers, Mohali
• Experience: - Freshers, 0-6 months experience, 1-2 year’s experience in a call center.
• Office timings – 8 hrs between 9:30 pm to 9:30 am (Time is according to Washington DC)
