Responsibilities and Duties

To coordinate with our overseas client to understand the requirements and based upon these develop processes for getting the tasks of the client done from the team based in India.

To train the team working under you about the processes and tasks of the client, ensure the delivery of the tasks to the client as per requirement.

To prepare reports and provide updates to the management & client of all the tasks done on daily basis.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skills: Should be good in spoken English, should have proactive approach.

Qualification: - , , MBA

Location: - Bestech Business Towers, Mohali

Experience: - Freshers, 0-6 months experience, 1-2 years experience in a call center.

Office timings 8 hrs between 9:30 pm to 9:30 am (Time is according to Washington DC)
