Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to

Monthly close schedule

Facilitate and complete Daily, Weekly & Monthly close procedures

Analyze revenues, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis

Special focus credit control by monitoring daily/weekly/monthly due bills / receivables from regular and credit clients, report the status to the management on daily basis

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly account reconciliations

Assist with financial and taxation affairs

Assist with preparing tax returns and file the same & submit reporting requirements

Assist in complete accounting & financial documentation and monitoring of internal controls
