Job Description

Designation – Accounts Executive

Experience – 2-3+years in general accounting.

Location – Bhubaneswar

Working Days – Monday – Saturday.

Age – up to 35 years

Marital Status: Preferred married.

Candidate should be Open to Travel within The State.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for managing both Accounts and Administration Work.

• Responsible for Maintaining and Updating ERP.

• Preparation of Cash Flow & Handling Cash extensively and doing Cash, Bank, Debtor &

Petty Cash reconciliation for every Month.

• Preparing Various MIS Reports as required.

• Handling the entire gamut of individual students Fee Accounts and collection.

• Responsible for Processing of Invoices of bills payment to vendor.

• Ensure 100% collection every month

• Any other duties and responsibilities shall be as delegated from time to time by the

management.

• Maintaining Manual receipt responsibility and sending all reports as and when assigned.

• All work related to administration and office management.
