Roles and responsibilities

• Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalisation, TDS and Income Tax.

• Updation of day to day books of accounts (purchases, journal entries, payment, receipts, debit notes, credit notes, etc.).

• Bank reconciliation & Generation of Accounts Receivables & Payables report and timely communication to management.

• Calculation of GST, online payment & return filing.

• Timely payment of statutory dues (TDS, GST, ESI & EPF) and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).

• Ensuring payments are made to vendors on timely basis.

• Budgeting & Tax Planning

• Updating stock and production in accounting software

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate with Commerce background

• Should have good working knowledge of Busy & Tally

• Should have good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets

• Should have good English speaking & writing skills
