Designation: Accounts & Payroll Executive

Job Profile:

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and regulations

Good Knowledge of GST & compliance

Bank Reconcialition

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Onboarding of new employees by processing their paperwork, creating an employee code & login to all systems, and capturing all details needed for the pay run

Calculation of final salary payment for leavers which includes leave encashment, expense claims, and pro-rated base salary

Keep up to date on internal transfers and promotions within the company

Ensuring that all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner for audit purposes

Collaborating with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters

Staying updated with payroll regulations and changes
