Responsibilities :

1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

2. Bank Work as per Requirements

3. Assist with other accounting projects

4. Assist seniors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

5. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

6. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

7. Maintain Daily Expenses and vouchers records

8. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

9. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

10. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

11. Maintain all Documents related to Accounting and Banking Process

12. Submit Daily Bank account and Cash Status to the Directors

13. Coordinate with CA for all processes related to accounting work

14. Maintain GST records and process payments on a monthly basis.

15. Maintain all Monthly Bank statements with exact entries.

IMPORTANT:

- Minimum 2 years of experience (Proven working experience in Accounting)

- Full-time job

- Job Location: Mulund West

- Probation for 3 months

- Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sunday off. Monthly 2 Saturdays off. Sunday off is compensated with extra salary/weekday off if the candidate is working on Sunday
