Job Description

JD for Account Executive for Mumbai location

1. Gst & Income tax audit finalization

2. Inventory management in tally (stock entries / Stock statement)

3. Invoicing (Sale / Purchase)

4. Payment/Receipt Entries On a Daily Basis with concerned person confirmation. and making cheques for Payments and keeping records.

5. Debtor / Creditor reco with ledger statement, 26AS statement, send ledger for outstanding record confirmation

6. Calculation Of TDS, , , ESIC & PTEC & Advance Tax and entry

7. GST work GSTR1,GSTR3B monthly

8. Preparation on GST and Audit statement

9. File maintaining all statuary and daily basis record other document.

Job Requirement

Qualification: with Good knowledge in Tally

Experience: 3yrs to 4 yrs
