Accounts Executive

Adsvarni, a fast-growing marketing and advertising firm, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, provide strategic insights, and help the company make sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of all obligations.

- Collaborate with external auditors and handle audit requests.

- Monitor and manage company cash flow, expenses, and financial strategies.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

- Proficiency with accounting software (., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm
