• Maintaining accounting records. Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions. Book keeping, Day to day management of financial transactions, Cash receipts, General ledger.
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts
• Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
• Computing Tax and preparing Tax returns.
• Vendor Payments and reconciliation.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
• Bank reconciliation, Invoice management
• Maintaining Fixed Assets register.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Commerce graduate with excellent knowledge of Accounts, Audit, Taxation and regulatory standards.
Proven experience in ERP environment (Tally/Logix/other accounting mini ERP).
Well versed in MS-Office
Analytical ability
Experience in setting internal controls,
Should be a Self starter, possess Good communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy and maintain confidentiality of information.
