Roles and Responsibilities

 Should have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software, excel, word and emailing

 Should be well versed with tally data entry like purchase, sales, receipt, payment, bank reco.,

generating PO etc.

 Should have knowledge of GST, PT & TDS – working and returns both

 Should be able to issue E-way bill, sales Invoices and coordinating with client, transporter and factory

people for dispatches

 Should be able to do follow up with vendors and clients for payment and other matter

 Maintaining stock register, issuing PO from Tally and follow up with vendors for quotation, PO, material

delivery

 Assisting to PPIC person in requirement, stock calculation and PO

 Other miscellaneous works related to accounts, dispatch, payments, follow ups or any work given by

CMD should be able to do it.

 Assisting PPIC person in physical stock taking

 Visiting factory once in month or quarter for physical stock verification.

Experience

Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical Industry or any

Manufacturing Industry

Qualification

Graduate from Commerce background is preferable. Science or Arts graduate with relevant experience may also apply.
