Opening for Admin cum accounts assistant

Job description as follows:
- Assist accounts team to pass entries in Tally
- Raise bills to clients in a timely fashion for services rendered by professional team as well as maintain records of all out of pocket expenses incurred that are reimbursable
- Manage business travel requirements end to end of all senior professionals (including booking flight tickets, hotels and internal commute)
- Manage various memberships of management team to loyalty programs of hotels, airline companies, discount clubs
- Manage all facility vendors such as internet connection provider, office building management, IT outsourcer, garden maintenance provider, stationery provider etc- keep a record of costs and follow up to receive services etc
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Requirement:-
- Prior experience in administrative/ front office roles (min experience 1 year)
- Graduate degree is preferred, 12 th Standard pass out maybe sufficient
- Proficient with MS Word and email applications
- Must know Tally
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
