Job Summary
Our company is seeking an Accounting Assistant Intern to assist with daily accounting tasks and to support our accounting team. The successful candidate should be currently studying to become a CA. The Accounting Assistant Intern will be responsible for performing a range of accounting tasks, including daily bookkeeping using the Zoho Books platform, bank account statement reconciliation, managing receivables and payables, payment gateway reconciliation, payroll reconciliation, and taxation
Operation Area : CEO's Office
Pay Range Pay: 4-5K
Working Hours: 10-hrs in a month
Job Location: Hybrid | Bengaluru
{ Would be required to come to the office twice a month}
Job roles & responsibilities
I ) Accounting
Daily bookkeeping using the Zoho Books platform
Bank account statement reconciliation
Statutory Documentation (Maintaining Bills, Invoices, etc.)
Managing Receivables and Payables
Bank Accounts Reconciliation
Payment Gateway Reconciliation
Payroll Reconciliation
II) Taxation
Professional Tax
TDS handling and maintaining
Complete GST handling
III) Management Information System(MIS) Reporting
Weekly report creation on expenses, revenue, and profits
Monthly standard report creation, P&L statement, and Balance Sheet
Quarterly aid with budgeting and alignment to budget
Required qualifications
The candidate should be currently studying to become a CA.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work for approximately 10 hours per month
Onsite in Bangalore, with the ability to come to the office twice a month
