Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Preparation and presentation of monthly performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
• Perform GST and TDS calculation and monthly returns.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity needs are met.
• Optimize working capital and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.
• Vendor payment & office expenses, cash handling and their records
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries.
• Monitor cash flow and manage budget and forecasts.
• Assist with financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and vendors.
• Handle daily part of office operations
Other Essential Requirements/Skills:
