Accounts Administrator

Job Description

We are looking for an Account admin to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all accounting transactions for hotel and villa bookings

2. Prepare budget forecasts for marketing, inventories, amenities

3. Publish financial statements in time

4. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, vendor management

6. Calculation and initiation of staff salaries and staff management

7. Ensure timely bank payments

8. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

9. Audit financial transactions and documents

10. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

11. Comply with financial policies and regulations

12. Learn and manage hotel booking software – Ezee
