The responsibilities will include:
Creating a framework to keep accounts of expenses, income, funding spends, sales projections, actual sales and others.
Book-keeping of day to day accounts, invoicing and administering payrolls.
Preparation of Income Tax returns, Service Tax / Excise / GST Returns, and other statutory requirements applicable
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, audits as per requirement.
Once the plant is fully functional, the candidate will be expected to analyse data and create performance reports, budgets,and financial statements for presentation to stakeholders.
Knowledge of financials, ERP softwares and legal knowledge relevant to nonprofits, foundations is a must.
Should be able to help farmers with getting loans. Therefore, knowledge of association with NABARD and NDDB is a must.
Minimum experience of 2-3 years in financial accounting, legal aid, preferably related to nonprofit sector
