Candidates who applies for job should be capable for doing below given tasks independently.
• Proper understanding of written in Purchase Order.
• Customer Ledger creation in TALLY software.
• Preparing e way bill, e invoice etc.
• Identifying Transporter for dispatch of material and fixing one of same to dispatch material.
• To maintain and keeping Petty Cash.
• Dispatch detail to mail to customer.
• Maintaining customer ledger.
• Payment to Transporter.
• Basic TDS knowledge and preparing TDS record.
• Preparation of Export Documents.
• Communication with Custom Clearing and forwarding Agency for export Transaction.
• On line generation of Certificate of Origin.
• Collection of payment from customer – mainly thru mail.
• Maintaining Bank book
• Preparation of cheques of Salary and other Fix Expenses like rent
• Entry of Purchase – to maintain stock of items.
• Basic knowledge of English language for e mail communication.
• Only Male Candidate with residence within 10 Kms from Thaltej Are.
• Candidate must have his own Two Wheeler.
• In Absence of Dispatch In charge, Material to dispatch from our ware house in Sarkhej. – Very rarely.
• Communication with Outside Agency to complete their duties like Accountant, GST, TDS etc. on time.
• Direct reporting to Director
• Experience of minimum 5 to 7 years is required.
