Job Description

Making an entry of bills of incoming materials.

Creating invoices for outgoing materials.

Following up with customers for payments.

Tallying inward and outward tax.

Studying material flow and strategise the purchase of materials accordingly

Handling daily cash flow.

Updating payment details,for payments received from customers.

Planning vendor payments.

Updating purchase bills into the billing software.

Management material stock, its movement and updation of records.

Verbal and written knowledgte in English and Hindi MUST
