Responsibilities:
Monthly Maintaining the Bookkeeping, Journal, Ledger.
GST calculation and filing.
TDS calculation on Monthly basis, quarterly basis and filing.
Prepare a report on monthly basis to inform the management about liability, pending bills stock balance.
Salary slip, bonus, loan.
Knowledge of form 16 preparation.
Prepare the required documents for CA.
E-way bill.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently
Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security information in a confidential way by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
Qualifications & skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3+ years of accounting/finance experience as an accountant.
Strong analytical, communication, problem solving and computer skills.
Highly detail-oriented
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Ethical behaviour.
