Loan Adda is looking for an Accountant / Accounts Manager based out of
our Noida office. The responsibilities to be carried by the incumbent
is as below:
- Assist with monitoring/maintaining aging reports, invoices,
following up with clients, adjustments, filing and data entry.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work well alone with little or
no supervision. - Responsible for handling confidential information,
assisting with developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
account information
- Payroll processing and complying with various Labour laws
- Balancing statements & finalizing data and resolving accounts related issues
- Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and
preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
- Hands on experience in Tally
- Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation;
issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.
- Calculate Revenue on monthly, Quarterly & yearly basis.
- Ensure smooth conduct of Statutory Audit as well as Tax Audit.
Experience: 2 - 5 yrs if non Chartered Accountant; 1 - 2 years of
experience if you are qualified chartered accountant.
