Job purpose Accounting includes the preparation of journal entries, maintenance of balance sheet schedules, ledgers and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the seniors in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. Role and Responsibilities of a Accountant An accountant’s job may involve managing day to day accounting. Typical activities include:  Checking of bills , entries & vouchers  Creditors reconciliation  Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax, Sales Tax  Reports in Various Formats ( As required)  BRS - daily reconciliation  Checking of Sales Invoice  ERP checking Qualifications

 graduate / Non CA Experience

 4 to 5 years Skill Sets

These are the most important qualifications of the individual selected as the accountant  Attention to detail and accuracy  Tally Knowledge  Micro Soft Office (Word & Excel)
